I wouldn’t trust any other retailer other than Rania to deliver these authentic pieces within the timeframe suggested, in fact earlier! Will wait for the next event to order again! ❤️

The customer service was excellent & ordering via the website was easy & simple. My outfits arrived all wrapped carefully & with care. My outfits were stunning & just like the videos, pictures posted on your website. Thank you Rania Zara for everything, I will be ordering again soon.

I spent nearly over a £1000 in total and at first they were being nice but after when the second order came with defective items they changed and stated don’t do return or exchange and outfits are not defective etc. Horrible company do not buy from them

United Kingdom | 27 July 2024Firstly, I am writing this review to help others to an insight of the brand experience and customer service. The other reviews on here seem messy and not very well explained...so here is my clear honest review. I ordered a beautiful dress by Sadaf Fawad Khan 'Pink Love' for my upcoming Nikkah that is in Mid-August. I am in the UK. First, I messaged Rania Zara customer service on WhatsApp for questions I had before making my decision to purchase, they were very helpful, kind and answered all my questions, they also reply fast. I then purchased my dress and I put in the notes section my personalised tailored measurements and what date I need the dress before. (P.S: Some dresses can be tailored and some can't, you just have to ask them on WhatsApp to find out. Another note is that they charge an extra 25% for bridal/tailored clothing if you are XL or bigger which is very understandable as they'd need to use more materials, this wasn't the case for me, I am XS) I also messaged the customer service team on WhatsApp the same tailored measurements I put in the notes section at checkout just in case. I purchased on 4/3/2024. The estimated delivery said 8 weeks on the website. Until it was past the 8 weeks mark, (which is disappointing, why mislead the estimated time when really it is a few months instead of a few weeks) Tailored bridal clothing does take more time than ready-to-wear clothing though but I was not told that it would take a few months, I was instead told it would take 8-10 weeks, mine said estimated 8 weeks on the website and it was way after 8 weeks. I then looked on trustpilot reviews and they were mostly bad and complicated, which got me worried even more. So I decided to email them on 26/5/2024 on updates about my dress and they emailed me back on the same day saying my dress will be dispatched on the 15th of July and it'll be delivered by the end of July. Then on 24/6/2024 customer service on WhatsApp messaged me about other measurement details as a few of the measurements I gave them seemed off (I'm not used to measuring myself tailored so this was my first time trying my best) I am glad they brought it to my attention and realised, when I told them the measurement for my gown length which they needed, then in capital letters they replied on WhatsApp "THIS IS WITH HEELS OR WITHOUT", this shocked me, there was no need for capital letters and I found it a little rude. Nevertheless, I still responded calmly because I just wanted everything correct and my dress to arrive. On 18/7/24 they sent me via WhatsApp pictures of my dress with measurements waiting for my approval and I loved how it looked and I gave them the approval that i am happy with it and they can ship it. Customer service via WhatsApp said the delivery will take 5-7 days. My dress was dispatched 19th July and arrived 23rd July which is very fast, from Pakistan to UK! The package was wrapped well and secure. My Overall thoughts on the dress is that it looked absolutely beautiful, fit me like a glove, excellently made, had quality and heft and exceeded my expectations!! It also came with a bridal dress storage cover bag which was thoughtful! I am very happy with my dress and it was well worth it. I would purchase from them again because their dresses are irresistibly beautiful. Customer service via WhatsApp was great and updated me very well. All i recommend to people that's wanting to purchase is that you purchase way before your event date (especially if you are choosing bridal or tailored dresses) as the estimated delivery date on the website is misleading and false. The dress itself is 5 stars but I have to give this 4 stars as ordering an outfit for a very special occasion shouldn't be stressing or worrying you with doubts in the slightest, however it came before my special occasion and I was beyond happy with the outcome of the dress! Update response: Yes I know, I wrote all the correct details of when I ordered and when it was dispatched and received so there's no need to repeat what I already said. And if a bridal dress cannot be made in 8 weeks then you should change it on the website to 3+ months instead...so it doesn't mislead customers, this mislead me and i was unexpectedly a little stressed as it was false. I am glad I didn't purchase it any later otherwise it would have probably come late. Nevertheless, I do really love the outfit and it is worth waiting for all the handmade hard work (: very impressed! I will send you pictures soon and upload another review on your website for the dress with pictures! (: Thank you for your services

United Kingdom | 24 June 2024Very disappointed with my orders. No clear details of sizing, and even after I enquired through WhatsApp the order arrived and was a different length. I was charged £15 for shipping, when the order arrived the label showed that the price for shipping was actually only £5 so they made an extra £10 from me. Fabric/embroidery quality isn't very good, the garments are not lined so they are uncomfortable against the skin. Customer service was awful. As they don't take returns or exchanges I am going to have spend extra money to fix the outfits with an external tailor.

I have had to open a case with my bank who have confirmed they are scammers stay away, hopefully when their accounts are frozen they will think twice

Absolutely disgraceful horrific customer service. Update: It’s absolutely did happen, I don’t want to give you my personal details. You absolutely took a certain amount of money on multiple orders disgustingly and refused to refund cancellation orders in full. Shocking disgusting poor terrible customer service! I would avoid this organisation at all costs.

United Kingdom | 15 April 2024Outfit took four months to ship and then was delivered to the wrong address due to error from the shipping team, from where it couldnt be retrieved as the house being sold and no one lives there. The package has been lying in the rain and sun for 2 weeks now. No refund so far, had to get new clothes for the occassion for which I was buying it and no reply from the team on whatsapp or email.

NO CONSIDERATION AT ALL WHEN GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEM.GOT HIT TWICE WONT GET ME THE THIRD TIME FOR SURE. They say one thing on the website and another tilhing when you get in touch with them on the whereabout of the clothes. Full of lies. Per there T&Cs clothes to be deliverrd within 6 weeks to then tell you via chat that it is 55 working days and it changes depending on the brabd you have ordered.
