Czech Republic | 11 July 2024Mr. Aron, ordered with our company the service transfer from Prague to Budapest via Bratislava. We provide him with the service. But Mr. Aron now doesn't pay for this service. The service must have been paid a few days before, but now no answer, no payment. Nothing... We would like to inform the people, that we do not recommend this company. We are forced to solve it through the police, because the amount owed exceeds the limit of only a misdemeanor, Ie. it is a criminal act. We do not recommend cooperating with this company or booking the transfers from Eurobusway !!!!

United Kingdom | 07 July 2024DO NOT BOOK WITH EUROBUSWAYS. Once our booking was confirmed we were told we would receive an email the day prior to our trip and a call 15 minutes before the bus arrives. Our bus was booked for 9.30am and we did not receive an email or a call despite sending TWO emails the night before and trying to call 3 times at 9.30-10am when the bus hadn’t arrived. He only let us know half an hour after the scheduled pickup time that he was cancelling our trip. NO NOTICE. NOT EVEN A SIMPLE MESSAGE. Very disappointed as we then had to scramble to find an alternate route from Zakopane to Budapest. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOOK.

New Zealand | 04 September 2019JWe booked with Eurobusways, then when we got the voucher realised they had put the wrong date. They had us down for a shared bus in july when it should have been October. The problem occurred at their end. We were told there were no shared buses in October and we would have to pay an extra 499 euro. We thought this was excessive so we cancelled. As the mix up was their fault we asked for a refund of our 90 euros. It is now September and after having been promised a refund as yet we have received nothing! They will not answer any emails so I think this is a badly run company and would not recommend to anyone.

Croatia | 07 August 2019Avoid at all costs! Trust me, I should have listened to the other reviews. Canceled our transfer from Budapest to Split 2 hours before the scheduled pick up (4:59am) Seems like this has happened before to other people and now Aron (eurobusways)will not respond to any emails or messages about returning our money. We had to make other arrangements and it ended up costing us twice the amount and we lost a night in Split. Save your money and book with a reputable source.

United Kingdom | 28 June 2019Nice driver but he failed to disclose his route in advance and doubled our driving time from Vienna to Krakow, dropping two other passengers at a hotel in Zakopane. This involved driving through Slovakia and over a mountain pass on two lane roads. We assumed “shared transport” meant sharing with other passengers going to the same city, not other passengers going elsewhere in Europe.

Hungary | 18 March 2014We took Eurobusways transfer from Krakow to Budapest. It was perfect as they pickup us up right at our hotel, no bus station to go and wait. We also were able to stop for lunch at a slovakian restaurant on the way to Budapest. Driver was polite, good english. I can recommend anyone to take a try, as the flexiblity they give you is priceless.
