First I waited 2 weeks for my order to arrive. Then I returned a pair of shoes because they were too big. I had to pay to return the shoes plus proof there was no damage. Not good customer service. I do like the pair of shoes I kept but will never order from this company again.

This is my second purchase. I have Mortons Neuroma, so a wide toe box is a must. The arch supports are adequate. I love the heel height. I get lots of compliments on the look. I am able to order my regular size. And the selection is great. Affordable options.

This was the third pair of SQT shoes I have purchased. They are very comfortable, maybe not the prettiest out there, but so comfortable. I definitely like the SQT shoes.

I ordered one pair of shoes a slightly different style from my first pair. It wasn’t as comfortable as the original style so i asked to return them. I ordered the color i wanted in the original style. That order came right away but inly had 1 shoe in the box!!! I contacted support and they said to just keep the shoe and they refunded my money. Meanwhile, I hadn’t returned the first pair yet. I went to do that and discovered it would cost me ($16) to mail them plus I would have to pay a restocking fee. I’ll do better to sell them on facebook then get a refund after costs. So the customer service was good, and I really love the comfort of the shoe, make sure you want what you order because if’s not worth it to return.

I love these shoes!!! They super comfortable and durable. Please do not discontinue them as I work long hours and walk about 30 miles a day on concrete floors these are my favorite shoes that cause my body to not hurt all over.

Terrible customer service. I would like to exchange a pair and have emailed two times in the last two weeks with no response. Sizes run big. Was happy to support a USA company but they do not respond to the contact email on their site.

I love love love STQ-SHOES. Theyve been with me on my journey of losing 250 pounds and walking with me around the block up to walking/running 5k's 10k's and now on to half marathons. The shoes are so easy there is no breaking them in. They are comfortable right away. I have 4 pair i cycle for walking and im excited to try their running shoes next. Literally any issue ive ever had, which was a whopping 1 issue in 5 years, was resolved instantly, by a real life human, and I recieved a full refund. They are also very reasonably priced and I love that the price has stayed pretty steady for the last 5 years.

A friend's daughter recommended the air cushion mesh shoes, at the time she worked in the medical field. I worked at a nursery where I stand and walked on uneven terrain and asphalt. My feet did not ached as much and they provided supported I needed than wearing the other brand athletic shoes. I do recommend them and feel the support they provide.
