I was looking for a very rare and specialist part for almost 6 months. I looked everywhere, I even contacted Dell South Africa directly and was willing to pay for a new replacement part. Nothing. 10 minutes on the line with Tekmart, and not only did they make a plan for a part that wasn't even a stock item, they gave it to me at a great price, and it was available a day after request. BRILLIANT company, BRILLIANT service, and even a check-in afterwards to confirm everything was in order. Easiest 5 stars I could ever give.

Got invoiced on the 15th payed. I contacted a week later all phones go to voicemail and no feedback at all. The waybill they gave me isnt registering which means its not shipped. Havent been hounding them but i ordered from them because they say they had stock otherwise ebay would have worked at half the price... come on guys up your game.
