The hardwarw (all of it) was scratched. I sent pics and was given a "kit" to put a gloss on the scratches. Guess what? You still see the scratches. When I complained about the resolution, I was told it was past the 30 days. Going postal on all social media venues.

First, I am a project manager for high end mountain town construction company. I have built and purchased barn doors for many projects. We recieved 3 barn doors from Rustica for a home under construction. The doors were assembled with some adjustments (it was very difficult to get the doors flat and square). Many of the pieces needed trimmed to be the same lengths (they were +- 1/8"). The carpenters assembling and installing are incredibly skilled and seasoned (some of our best) and it was a time consuming task for them. The tracks, wheels, and hardware are unusable. The paint is chipped and coming off the brackets in the packaging, the tracks are bent and kinked beyond straightening, the wheels are painted in the groves so the paint chips off once placed on the tracks. The mounting brackets are not the same dimensions. When bolted to the tracks some of them interfere with the wheel rolling on the tracks causing the door to bump up and down when crossing them. I would not recommend purchasing this system. The pricing is similar to other very high end barn door systems but the product lacks the quality of its competition.

Wonderful product. This product is being used in our bathroom. Looks good and works good. It is handling a very heavy solid wood 7' 0" door with no problem.

We made the mistake of thinking the word "KIT" meant 2 completely assembled doors and completely assembled hardware. Our General Contractor has 0ver 200 kitchen remodels in his portfolio and is a perfectionist at his profession. It took him 20 hours to install the hardware and assemble the doors.

Product quality great & heavy duty. Only dissatisfaction: Forgot to include installation instructions for contractor & had to download 12 pages. Contractor added rubber bumper to the end of the track to decrease noise.Otherwise perfect....the results Fabulous....these doors are going nowhere which is good thing cause my glass shower would be done...

We were very excited for our new barn door to arrive. It takes weeks for the order to be completed and when it finally arrived, 2 of the wood slats were damaged. One had a piece broke off completely and another cracked. A contractor was completing my room renovation so there was no time to return the pieces so he used wood glue to fix them. You can clearly see the damaged pieces and he did the best he could. I contacted Rustica customer support, they offered a 10% refund. On a $700 door, it didn't seem enough due to the damage but I was stuck with little options so I accepted. I was hoping for $100 refund but they denied that. The only better option was 15% off a future purchase but I notified them I would not be making another purchase from their company. Next time I would prefer to actually see my purchase prior to paying for my order. A bit disappointed but I do love the barn door so this is why my rating is 3 stars.

I've actually been using Rustica Hardware doors and hardware for almost 10 months now, and recommended them to everyone. When installed correctly, they work great. I haven't had a single problem with them. The hardware runs smooth and is quiet, and I haven't seen any competitors' door and hardware combination work as well as these. The doors are sturdy, and a piece of art. Every time I show my friends and family the doors,they fall in love. I'm glad I found this company!

I wanted to update my boring old doors and found this company. These doors are amazing! They have any style one could want and the hardware adds even more options! It was easy to install and didnt take very long at all. It works as well as I hoped and looks even better! I definitely recommend Rustica hardware to anyone wanting to add value and pizzazz to their home!

I ordered over the phone because I had many questions about the product. The representative was very friendly and if she didn't know the answer she contacted her supervisor. Shipping took as long as they claimed it would. Hardware came days after my doors so they couldn't be hung right away. The doors had obvious defects in manufacturing that were explained as a more rustic look. The hardware doesn't have all matching bolts. Some are black others are bright silver metal. I like the doors and the hardware other than these problems. Rustica Hardware did give me a $40 refund because of the door problem.

Rustica delivered exactly what we asked for and within the promised window. Our order was rather unique with some precise measurements that were accurately complied with. We are very happy with the quality of the hardware and finish. The instructions were rather generic, but adequate for determining how to install the hardware.

Cannot say enough good things about Rustica Hardware. I purchased my barn door hardware through them. The provided over the phone help during installation. They also insured that my delivery was on time for my parents to install.

I ordered the hardware with no holes. It arrived with predrilled holes. Customer service was very good about correcting my order, but of course this delayed the installation of my door. In the end, all ended well. I am happy with the product.
