Overall I'm very pleased with the service. My project manager (Kalvin) was communicative throughout the design process and frequently called to confirm his understanding of the revisions I requested. I'm quite satisfied with the final design logo.

Easy to work with like the design, but don't like the forced review to receive files that were paid for already. You shouldn't force people to give reviews to receive the files.
