Just had my maintenance with jade at the Kingston park branch, again a lovely welcoming comfortable atmosphere, very happy with my pre bonds and have had taped extensions in the past and can't recommend either of them enough, jade is very professional and advises which is best for my hair, I wouldnt go anywhere else for my extensions, with the right care and time they last as long as they should.

I am absolutely disgusted with the quality of the Russian flat tip bonded hair from Foxy. It is certainly not cheap and I have had a terrible experience. From the first washing the hair became unmanageable, very frizzy, dry and matted. It took me a long time to brush through and the amount of shredding is ridiculous. I have emailed the company twice now complaining about the hair quality and have found their customer service to be appalling. They are defensive and deny all responsibility, always saying that I needed to use their full range of aftercare products. I have never needed to do this with any other brand of hair extensions. Removing the extensions was horrendous. I have literally lost over half the thickness of my hair and now have many bald spots. I am now seeking legal advice. Please do not make the mistake I did-stay well away from this company.

Excellent service yet again from Foxy Hair Extensions been using them for around 5 years now and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I definitely do not recommend the place or any other Foxy salon. The quality of their hair is very poor. I had my tape Indian hair extensions done and despite that they looked fabulous after fitting them in, only after 1st wash hair became really dry and puffy, looking super unhealthy. Despite that the lifespan of the hair was supposed to be 2- 3 months my extensions didn't even make it through 30 days of guarantee period. Even though I used all recommend Foxy after care products I started loosing my tapes, after 3rd wash hair were so dry and tangled so badly that there was no chance of brushing them. I had my flatmates helping me to get rid of tangled into my own hair tapes. I ended up loosing plenty of hair and they were just so weak like I have never had them before. The result was shocking. When the next day I went to the salon I was told that nothing like that has ever happened to anyone and that must have been a fault oof my after care. They didn't consider it the fault in product so despite my hair didn't even last guarantee period I got no money back. I was offerd fitting the rest of my hair enaugh. So if any of you is considering having their extensions done with foxy I can only say 'DO NOT DO IT' I still have pictures of their 'amazing' hair and the job they did to my own hair...

Impeccable customer service and hair!

I was a regular customer of Foxy Extensions in Metrocentre and have always been happy with the service and the hair, until the last time when I booked an appointment in April for maintance and blow dry. The girl - Georgia, removed half of my bonds, before washing the full hair first, but explained to me that she is going to wash them both. Then another girl washed my hair and started refitting the unwashed bonds. When I asked why they weren't washed as well, as I have been guaranteed, the answer from the girl was that the sink has somehow stopped working, whilst Georgia pretended she didn't even hear my question. Not to mention that Georgia didn't even finished my hair, although I booked my appointment with her and was acting rude and arrogant, as she didn't even bother answering to my question why didn't they just wash all of the hair at the beginning before removing half of the bonds. So I ended up with half washed hair and the rest of the bonds refitted into my hair dirty which is unacceptable for 20 pounds blow dry(which in normal salons includes washing FULL hair) and 30 more for the maintance. Really not satisfying service at all and contrary to the quality they claim to offer. As a regular customer, who is paying quite a high price for a new hair in the salon every 3 months, I am truly disappointed with the way I have been treated.

Worst quality hair extensions I have ever known. Bought all of their products and followed ALL of their advice yet the extensions started to matt after a couple of weeks. Horrific. Complete waste of time and money. Non existent customer service too. DO NOT GET FOXY HAIR EXTENSIONS

I would never go anywhere else I've being getting them done for 2 years plus and have always been over the moon . The girls do a fab job and never give the hard sell it's what's best for you.

Another visit to Metrocentre to get bonds removed, weave booked in for next week, wouldn't go anywhere else now, first class customer service, girls are so helpful and a credit to the company

I have recently had my sew in weave fitted at the metro centre branch by Angelica and I am so glad I did. All of the girls are very friendly, helpful and welcoming, along with being professional and great at what they do. The salon is very stylish, clean and up to date. Angelica did an amazing job, transforming my hair with Russian Remy. All aftercare products are a must, in my opinion as they keep hair looking as sleek as the day it was fitted. I would recommend foxy hair extensions to anyone and I know I will definitely be going back. Thanks girls, see you soon for a my re-fitting! X

Visted the metrocentre shop for the first time today for tape hair extensions by the lovely Angelica :) absolutely love them!! Everyone was friendly and welcoming I would recommend anyone to come here very professional will defo be back :)

I visited the metro Center branch yesterday for my first ever set of clip in hair extensions. I immediately felt welcomed. Both The ladies that fitted, cut and styled them for me were brilliant and really friendly. I will definitely be visiting again & highly recommend I absolutely love my new hair, I can't wait to get something a little more permanent next time. 😊 x

had 2 weaves previously and just had pre bonds put in at the metro centre. hair is amazing quality and the price of the aftercare is reasonable and keeps the extensions in good condition. the staff are extremely friendly and go the extra mile to ensure your hair is perfect! worth all the money I spend on it, will continue to go here.

After wearing clip in hair extensions everyday for 4 years, I finally took the plunge and got pre bonded hair extensions fitted with the glue. I am over the moon with the result, the hair looks soo natural, they cut the extensions in with my own hair to blend perfectly, they feel so light, highly recommend to anybody thinking about getting extensions fitted!

Friendly and helpful staff, happy with the end result of my weave and the products have been great. Would recommend the service.
