Focused Laser Systems sorted us out with a new Co2 laser tube. The old laser tube had cracked. We had a co2 engineer on site within two days and the issue fixed. Would highly recommend. We signed up to a maintenance agreement as well to help spread the cost of any future repairs - some great packages that include laser machine training sessions.
