This company is a complete scam! They let my domain expire without any notification, causing me huge problems. No renewal emails, no alerts—nothing! When I contacted support, they were useless and rude, offering no real solution. A domain provider that doesn’t remind customers about renewal is a joke! They only care about money, not customers. Avoid this unreliable service and choose a better provider.

No server backup. if their server crashes, they wont provide data backup or anything. and clients will have to start from scrap. Recently many of the clients i design faced same problem. So its the worst hosting space to use.

I recently purchased a domain from a site, and it was a unique, popular choice. I was thrilled to find it available and completed the purchase. However, after receiving the invoice, the process went into 'pending' status for 20-30 minutes before they canceled it without explanation. I tried reaching out, but there was no response. When I finally got through to their support team, they informed me that the domain I chose was in a 'premium' category, which wasn’t disclosed earlier. So, I looked for a new domain and found another option available. I asked if they could switch my purchase to this new domain with a .online extension instead, but they informed me that this one was also 'premium' after a check. When I requested a refund, they refunded the amount, so I went to another provider to try again. To my surprise, I found that both domains I had initially tried to purchase were now registered—by the original company itself, reselling each for 60,000 rupees! It felt like they took my domain ideas, canceled my purchase, and then listed those domains at a premium price.

They are not responding even i raised a ticket. The support system is very bad. Don't buy anything from them.

in se domain saste me milta hai par jab bhi in ka nameserver change karne ka bolo to 2 3 din lag jata hai na hi support propar milta hua na time par mail or call ka respond dete hai
