Absolutely exceptional customer service by Peter from start to finish. Couldn’t have been more professional & helpful. I was kept informed throughout, all emails & calls responded to very promptly. They found the vehicle I wanted when no one else could & I’m really delighted with my new car. Even the delivery of the car was extremely quick & great customer service by the driver too. Secured a great contract through Just Drive Leasing. Spent a great deal of time searching for competitive deals and JDL had the best offer by far. Spoke several times with Peter Parvin who was always very friendly, informative and clear. Credit check passed through quickly with no issues, all in all a very smooth process. The company clearly chooses its business partners carefully as every step was smooth, from credit check to having the car delivered. Thank you very much Peter.

Ordered a car from just drive Leasing end of June 2020, this case was advertised as in stock and ready for delivery. Was informed that the delivery date would be the 22nd july not a problem. I was told to make sure the insurance in place and valid from this date onwards. So canceled my old car insurance sold the car booked day off work to recive new car. 21st of July informed the would not now be delivered on this date but 5 working days later, sorry. When I then complained to Just Drive Leasing was told in no uncertain terms this was not there problem and all the now additional expenses, waste of my days holiday, paying out for transport to and from work paying insurance on acar i haven't got, were my problem and not there's. They just kept saying that this is the fault of there suppliers TrustFord. But I pointed out to them I didn't take the contract out with TrustFord I to it out with just Drive they still didn't care. Car eventually turned up on the 31st July, Massive deep scratches on roof and door not valeted absolutely filthy. I have the car a month now and not one of these issues as been addressed. Would not recommend just Drive or TrustFord.

Great price and service from Just Drive. Was a bit nervous about using this company as I'd never heard of them before but they offered the best pice on the market for the car we wanted. So glad I decided to give them a go as the service was great. Peter took a lot of time to explain everything to me and actually called me back when he said he would etc. Only complaint is the credit check took a long time to complete, during which time the colour I wanted went out of stock. Your car is not secured until the credit check is complete. Can't blame just drive for this though as its a 3rd party that carry out the check and the delay was due to covid. Would recommend using just drive.

There was a number of challenges that Pete had to overcome to get me the car because of Covid, He always kept me updated and always did his best to resolve the issues.
