I was relunctant to leave a review, however as I was chased for one here is my experience. It was 2 years ago when we arranged a lease from Whitewater. There was delay after delay on an agreed vehicle and very little feedback and ultimately the supplier of the vehicle sold it and eventually due to the need for a vehicle we had to reluctantly settle for a more expensive, lower specification model. So unfortunately the experience was not what I had hoped for and costed and continues to cost more than planned.

Great service so far. After ordering the vehicle I was told that the car could be delayed by several months but eventually the broker managed to locate a car and it was delivered bang on the original date.
