I reached out through email to see if a memorial ring would be something they would be willing to do (they typically create stunning engagement rings.) They responded immediately, and I was so excited they agreed to work with me. I scheduled my online design meeting through their website. I met with Abby and Maddie through Zoom. They made me feel so comfortable and showed a true interest in my story. Within a week, I had several designs to choose from. I was so pleased how easily they seemed to understand my vision. With just a minor change, my ring was on its way to being created. I received clear updates throughout the entire process, and within a couple of months, my beautiful memorial ring was complete.
