Overall, the service was well coordinated and painless. In particular, PV Generation managed all documentation relating to TAMs III. Instillation worked well and adding an EV charger allows us consider new options. A great team!

PVGEN is very much customer orientated company, easy to engage with. They demonstrated a high level of patience and understanding once I signed the contract, I caused them some disruption while endeavouring to get my house re-wired resulting from PVGEN's initial inspection on my premises. I experienced long delays in getting an Electrician on board and his continuous commitment was not what I had wished for due to his busy schedule, but PVGEN were patient with me & never applied any pressure to get a starting date for their installation works.

From the initial meeting with PVGeneration rep. through to the installation this company gave a top class performance. Arrived on the appointed day and time to install followed by electricians to connect same. Both teams were pleasant, easy to deal with and worked tidy. Paperwork and grant claim was all done through their office. Installed in November and we are very happy with the results which we can follow with an app on our mobile phone. PV Generation installed 11 solar panels for us in August 2023. The whole process from the initial sales visit, to the installation and documentation etc was seamless. PV Generation are a very easy company to engage with. They were recommended to us by friends and I have no hesitation in recommending their product and services. From initial enquiry right up to installation, the PVgenedation team were extremely helpful and professional. The time line was flawless. The design of the system was the most efficient, and works brilliantly. I highly recommend PVgeneration, without reservation.

The person who called to us about the installation answered everything and said to text him if we had any other questions. He also took care of the government grant. The people to install the solar panels were out after 2 weeks from the payment and had the panels installed in that day. They are saver for the electricity. Can't complain. Definitely recommend.

Great to experience after sales service first hand! I had a problem with a circuit breaker trip, reported it and a team was out this morning investigating the cause and rectifying the issue. Gives me peace of mind that PV Generation are on hand to deal with issues should they arise.

A great company to deal with when i experienced a problem with my hot water not heating properly the electrican duly rectified the issue in no time and the girl i spoke with on the phone did everthing she could to solve the problem from her side and figured out where the issue was with my feedback on WhatsApp to rule everything out i cant recommend a better company to do buisness with.
