Great price, beautiful purse. Very happy with my purchase. Packed very carefully and was delivered fairly quickly.

The bag is in great shape and looks like the photos. The only issue was that I thought the listing said it was 17" in length and it was 15.5. Luckily, my laptop still fits, which is why I bought the bag. I could not verify this since the link disappears after the bag is sold; so it's possible I am confusing it with another bag I looked at. Very quick shipping and the bag came in a dustbag, even though the original LV bag was not available.

I was looking at a bag online and I called in to get more information and one of the store associates sent me a video of the bag so I could see the color and condition of the handbag. They shipped it to me on the same day. Nicely packed so UPS wouldn’t damage it. Customer service was nice. Never made any returns so I don’t know how the process looks like in that case
