I was not able to buy the product, as 4 confirmed orders were canceled without reasons. I have tried multiple different credit cards, AmazonPay, and PayPal. All got rejected even tough all payment methods were covered. Customer service was friendly, but in the end, I could not (!) spend more than 1k USD for a product I wanted to buy. Exceptionally bad experience. My assumption is, the product is actually not available and people are just lured to the store. Can absolutely NOT recommend.

The bag was nice, but the handle got detached. The handle screw was not strong enough. I was disappointed on this.
