One item missing in the final delivered parcel Want to exchange sizes but no one concerned or responding my emails

Fabulous dress and amazing service. Dress perfect fit and delivered promptly, parcel also contained a return label for ease unlike many big companies now.

I bought an item for my girlfriend and after about a week they emailed me to say that they canceled the order because of reasons beyond their control. I think they just used the offer to draw you into the website. I had also payed for 48h delivery so I expected to have been updated within this time

I sent an email with zero response!!! I ordered sandals from you the wrong style was delivered!!! I’ve tried calling NO RESPONSE!!! I’ve emailed NO RESPONSE!!! I was charged customs and postage on my purchase!!!! Considering all the competition today a very bad service indeed!!! I won’t be recommending!!!

Really poor experience sent me out a dirty dress and now saying they don’t have stock to replace it (yet their website was showing it yesterday) but after I highlighted their mistake they have taken it off the website but not bothered replying to my message!So rude and unprofessional
