I went to Rodeo for the first time this morning and could not recommend it more. The hairdresser was lovely, and really talented. She listened to my request and delivered beyond my expectations. Aside from a great haircut, the salon is really nice. I went to the Fredriksberg location and had a really pleasant experience. Plus, the cappuccino was incredible. Highly recommend!

Jeg har i dag fået en super klipning og fixet bryn af Sara i Århus. Det har været en dejlig oplevelse som jeg bestemt vil gøre om igen.

Jeg har besøgt Rodeo på Amager, og var efter første behandling utilfreds med resultatet. Herefter ringede jeg til salonen som rettede op på mit hår. Jeg er nu meget tilfreds med resultatet, og har oplevelsen af en god service med søde frisøre.

Very nice experience, kind and professional staff. I was at the location in Vesterbro and I had Rebecca ad my hairdresser. I had a balayage and a haircut :)

Fik en ret dårlig klipning, som jeg måtte bede om at få ændret. Afmeldte mig derefter al reklame, men får stadig efter flere måneder sms reklamer. Virkelig irriterende firma.

Jeg fik lavet balayage hos Elisabeth i Aarhus og gik derfra med en mega god oplevelse pg et super flot resultat! Jeg havde sagt at jeg gerne ville have det ret naturligt men stadig en opgradering, og jeg fik lige hvad jeg havde i tankerne hvis ikke bedre.

I am a member in Rodeo Ørestad and I have also purchased vennekort. I have been using the services and have also bought so many products from them. I was happy with the services until recent incident. I had booked an appointment and I received a message a day before that appointment was rescheduled to some other time. I rearranged my Saturday to make for the new time. Unfortunately the next morning I had a small accident and I was not well to go . It was only few hours before the appointment but I thought they would understand the situation. I called them so many times but no answer. The website wouldnt let me reschedule anything. I tried multiple attempts and accidentally, I cancelled the appointment online. I immediately received a call from them saying they would charge me for the cancellation. I told them the reason and booked another appointment. I thought it has been waived off as I had a very genuine reason. When I went to the appointment next time I also got some additional services which the hairdresser recommended . I purchased a product as well. Despite being a loyal customer, they charged 500 kr fee in my bill. There is absolutely no consideration of a customer. I have spent so much already and still they treat you like this. I would have accepted the fee if I had cancelled without a reason but I got injured and still they dint consider that. They just lost a loyal customer. I would never ever go back to this place who doesn’t care about their customers
