Prompt and efficient service. I thought the post charges were high for the small item I ordered but pleased with the product I ordered.

The product is excellent. Unfortunately, the joining piece of the rail was not fitted on straight, it is at a slight angle, so that has caused a problem lining up the adjoining rail. As I said, the product is excellent, the fault is down to the fitter.

Fast service, great product

The product and service was good however the stainless screws wear not great quality and we lost 40% through breakages. We therefore replaced the screws with better ones.

Delivery time was too long. Was told I would receive an e-mail when my order was despatched. Not received. I had sent an e-mail seeking some advice about appropriate hinges. Never received a reply.
