Took a while to arrive but when it did all good

The wiring took a long time to arrive. I had to buy an alternative option (for half the price luckily!). They agreed to refund me. Two weeks later and still no refund or any communication from them in that time. I've emailed again requesting a refund. I hope I don't have to pursue this though PayPal. My experience with them is negative. I suggest you buy more reasonably priced wiring instead of from here.
