Great service from s3i Only let down by the carrier used who made no attempt to deliver Meaning I had to return to job 2 days later

Product ordered, supplied promptly &exactly as ordered

Always super reliable. I never buy from anyone else. Unfortunately this time S3i chose to deliver via DHL who do not have a local presence. It took three goes and a complaint to actually receive my delivery. I had to cancel the job and reschedule. Partly my fault as I’m used to them being so prompt usually. The wire rope and fixings were top notch. One fig reattached to the wall !!

Arrived earlier than anticipated, very well packaged and, at 3.5 meters in length, comprised a partly assembled product with top quality fittings. Would definitely recommend this product and this company. The only improvement that could have been made was if notification had been made of the anticipated delivery date. As it was this wasn't a problem for us but may have been for other customers.
