Operations were fantastic at chasing the delivery up, and improving this by 1 week to help us with an emergency install. Would definately recommend. 5* customer service from the staff

I ordered some toilet seats after checking their website however when they arrived they didn’t fit (my fault, not theirs). Not only did they quickly sort the incorrect ones out, they also managed to source me a toilet seat that does fit (we have very unusual shaped toilets). 8 toilet seats tried, none fitted until I found commercial washrooms. Everyone at Commercial washrooms were amazing, when we did encounter a few issues. They came up with alternate options. When we asked for a few late alterations they were so accommodating. With such a tight deadline the whole team worked hard to make sure the job was completed in time. We are so impressed with the final outcome that we are already looking to use them again for future works.
