First of all, shipping is always very quick! Their products are heavenly. I've never tried a Two Brothers toffee that I didn't like.

Our toffee was delivered in two days! The packaging is very nice, easy open and close. It was nice to see the pieces were a nice size, not too big and not too small. Toffee was as good as advertised. It's hard to ration as it's so good!

Customer service was great. I had an issue with the promo code not working so I talked to someone on their chat. I was told to submit my order and they'll adjust it on their end, which they did within a minute or two after submitting my order. Can't ask for better customer service!

Special treat for all, no disappointments here Prompt delivery, within 3 days of ordering the package arrived in excellent shape outside and inside. Contents have been soundly sampled by all (visitors included) and elicited immediate "yums" "oh, these are good" and "I'll just have one more" comments. Everyone had something good to say. I've hidden 3 of the 5 bags....in the freezer. Can't eat them all at once, need to make them last to Mother's Day (my excuse for buying them for myself....and to share)

Nicely packaged, timely delivered and product was well protected.

The personal note in my package was a nice touch. The toffee is amazing, which is saying a lot. I've found it's nearly impossible to find this product these days, as one candy company doesn't make it any more, and the other uses peanuts.
