I booked an EPC inspection with Adnan for £40 after my estate agent offered to “take care of it” for £95. Adnan was prompt, cheerful and above very professional. The inspection was booked for 6:30 pm and the certificate was emailed to me at 10:15 pm. I would have no hesitation in recommending EPC Direct Bradford and in particular Adnan.
