Jacob did a wonderful job start to finish on our new garage door installation! He communicated how the process would unfold and the 2-day timeline. Phase 1 of the project was completed in 1 day, with the door being securely in place by the end of the day. Phase 2 was completed the next day to finalize the fine details. Dakota Redmon had great customer service. Kept me updated on his arrival, and was able in minutes to diagnosis the problem. He did have the part I needed on the truck but when he left he said he would pick up the part and come back later in the day. Dakota went above and beyond other technicians I have dealt with. Austin was great. We were last on his day's schedule so it was evening when he arrived, but he was friendly, efficient and answered all our questions readily as if itwas his first job. Also, he did the work very quickly and did a great job, even taking extra time to re- program a non-functioning remote opener.
