5 star experience from Lohen. Great experience visiting Lohen, Aaron was more than happy to take the time to accommodate us while my dad’s MINI R56 was in for a de choke. The after results were carefully and easily explained. After visiting them you can see why they are so well recommended in the MINI scene!

Been trying to find a specialist for couple of year now to get a upgrade from rear halogen lights to union jack led lights but original BMW mini but has my car was all halogen lights main dealers and garage nr us allways said allthough same fitment mine not led so impossible but contacted mini UK and said yes can be fit but need a lot of coding of lights on cars ECU by a specialist. But hey by chance came across this mini specialist in Stafford and from first point of contact and many emails back and forth I managed to get a appointment so long drive and couple of hours in there waiting room with free coffee and hey like magic new union jack rear lights fitted and all coded and upgraded to factory standard. Thank you so much to Aaron and Iain for sorting it all out and the tech whizz kid who made me and my wife so happy .big thanks also to Iain for showing me around the workshop and stores. Well recommended and will be back thanks 👍😊

I found lohen.co.uk by accident, and I'm glad I did. High quality parts for mini coopers and I'm beyond impressed with the build quality and anodizing. Not to mention customer support and email response is very professional and prompt. If you own a mini cooper then you need Lohen parts. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Just recently visited Lohen for a new performance clutch and Quaife LSD fitted to my stage 2 mapped R56 JCW and couldn't be happier, especially at the price for the service I received. After the flawless 600+ mile bedding in of the Clutch, I took it to Brands Hatch for an evening session and the car ran really well, the diff made a difference and the clutch performed perfectly. Even managed to drive it home after :) The team were helpful throughout the day, answered my numerous questions and even managing to fit some bushes in to the subframe whilst it was off the car. The bad reviews on here are from at least 1 to 3 years old (I read them too and was worried myself) but from my experience with them they've changed I guess, as every member of staff I spoke to was great! Only bad thing I can think of was their guest WiFi was down on the day :( lol.

I was having trouble with the website so rang and spoke with Josh. He was extremely helpful and was able to help me order the items. Very quick and informative responses. Will definitely be ordering from Lohen again.

Fantastic service. Booked my Mini JCW in for quite a bit of work. Remap. Exhaust replaced with Remus valved kit. Brake discs and pads replaced with EBC drilled and grooved. Full suspension replacement and fast road set up. New clutch and Quaife LSD fitted. Pro-diffuser fitted. The communication all the way through, from ordering to booking in (was a 4 day job), to fitting and completion, was second to none. The lads there are friendly, helpful and honest. The knowledge of the mechanics and technicians is phenomenal. Lohens is at least a 300 round trip for me. They gave me a courtesy care and even delivered my car back to me. The mini is like a different car, its finally how a JCW should be, love it. Cannot thank the lads at Lohens enough.

My Car had so many mechanical issues, it was had been running awful for so long. I’d taken it to 4 different garages and had got nowhere, until I took it to Lohen. I love my Mini JCW, everyone was telling me to get rid of it because it was costing me so much money in repairs but OMG ….. I feel like I’ve got a ‘NEW’ car, it runs better than it ever has, and I now have a huge smile on my face whilst driving it - I love it 🥰. Lohen certainly know Mini’s inside and out. Thank you to Tom Huxley who has replied back to me very professionally and to all the other guys that work there, don’t know your names but all so friendly, what a lovely team. Connor the mechanic kept me updated all the time with what the car required. Connor you are a legend - my car feels like new, thank you again. Highly recommended 😊

After reading a couple of less than favourable reviews I thought I’d share my own experience. Lohen have exceeded my expectations by miles & then some. I have recently had a performance upgrade to my Mini JCW, every member of staff I spoke to was a pleasure, right down to Steve who collected my car. I couldn’t recommend Iain & the team highly enough.

Horrendous. Previously had work done that failed and cost alot to fix with an alternative company. Recently ordered parts which were express delivery. A week later they still haven't turned up. Instead of rectifying the situation they've recalled the delivery and I've got to wait for a full refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.....OR IT WILL COST YOU IN THE LONG RUN.

Avoid as you would Rabies, and I’m not the only ex customer who feels like I’ve been had! I’ve put the review date as April 1st as I’ve been made a fool of, but please read on. I've had years of problems with Lohen from telling me parts will work on my car (that don't) to very expensive parts failing that have obviously been given fictitious tolerances by Lohen and TTV. Luckily I found someone who took the clutch off me for a price but I then had to have a brand new OEM Mini clutch put in then add the labour (by someone who knew what they were doing) and you will realise why I'm keen you don't have the same expense. 10+ return journeys of 80+ miles round trips at my own expense to sort out cr4p they fitted. Strange isn't it? all the people who dealt with me on my first visits to Lohen no longer work there! ... I Wonder why. Whatever goes wrong with stuff fitted by Lohen it will be ‘your fault’ so be warned. It's been a bad experience dealing with these clowns and their Frontman, lot's of wasted money and time dealing with their lies. I had an absolutely terrible review to post a couple of years ago but withdrew it them chance to put things right but things went from bad to worse that day has gone. Bear with me I'll provide a 'Dropbox' link to my experiences in at least 12 Pages of a Word Doc (when I get the Timelines spot on). Oh and a couple of vids too. It'll be well worth a read to see why I don't want anyone else to be taken to the cleaners. In the mean time go to some dodgy back street garage and get the work done on your Pride and Joy, you'll get the same customer service, a massive hole in your pocket, but that will be a fraction of the Lohen price. Stay tuned.

So, asked for a quote for suspension, fuel filter and wheel alignment. Quote all good so booked in with email confirming from Lohen. Drove 4.5 hours to get there on the day but according to their system I was booked in 4 days later. HOWEVER, they immediately said don’t worry we can sort this out. They shuffled things about and my car was in and even though all loan cars booked they found me one and I was away. They called when they found an issue which I was happy to approve work on. Rocked up next morning and paid and I’m away. The front of house guys are good and helpful. Car seems good. Only reason not 5* is the cock up with when to arrive given I had driven up from Devon to be there at 8.30am as required.

Avoid at all costs, they may end up costing you more money!!! After having an updated clutch fitted to our JCW mini countryman, we thought our issues would be sorted. Unfortunately after only 2 years and 20k miles we had a catastrophic failure to said clutch. Unlucky I thought so we had yet another fitted at Lohen at our own expense. When collected the car was filthy not valeted and didn’t look like it had been looked after. Now only a few months later we had to take it to the local specialist with an electrical fault, they informed us that the last people who worked on it (Lohen) had put the wiring back in wrong which caused it to short and ultimately cost us yet more money!!!!! They haven’t even got the decency to reply to my emails! Avoid this company and stick with your local garage.

Had car in at Lohen beginning of the week ,for uprated bushes and suspension work. From initial phone call to work being done found the company to be first class Tom Huxley was very polite and professional at all times and kept me informed from start to finish and when he said he was calling me he did .Work was carried out on time to a very high standard and at a fair price .Will definitely be using again ,and would happily recommend.Well done A+++++

I recently took my R60 (it’s a diesel and automatic, but still a fun car to drive around) to Lohen for much needed attention. The following was carried out: visual health check, installation of Eibach lowering springs, installation of EBC grooved front discs and EBC Greenstuff front brake pads, installation of a Mahle oil filter, fitting of glow plugs and fitting of four Kumho Ecsta KU39 (225/45 ZR18) tyres plus tracking. It was a two hour drive back home and the handling on the road was a major improvement. Those tyres stick to the blacktop. Both SA and R were professional in their dealings with me. I will be going back to Lohen for more work to be carried out on the car. Thank you for looking after my R60.

Terrible service. Spoke to lohen regrading stage 2 remap + performance clutch. sports cat. Was told 4 clutches on the shelf. And that one has been alocated to myself. To then find after a 2 week wait. No communication from lohen. Contacted to see where my clutch kit was. To then be told theres none available. Now the cars on the ramps awaiting the new clutch. To be told they are out of stock and don't have any info on when they might get more. Discusting service. Was going to get the decoke, remap, and coilover setup done here. But after the bad reviews and my experiance with lohen. I'm going to steer well clear. 1320 are a much better mini parts & proformance centre... very bad customer service and ordering service. Call backs ignored.. Avoid if you love your mini..

Have been excellent in the past, however previous visit., I had to take it to a specific r53 specialist. It was only in front suspension realignment but top mount bolt was loose. Lost my business unfortunately. Spent quite a lot of money (a lot to me anyway) when I first got the car and the service was excellent. However things change. Also mentioned either steering rack or power steering pipe was leaking. Again r53 specialist took one look and the seal on the power steering lid was gone. £5 part from BMW 😳
