Be warned! Be Warned! Be Warned! of Paragonlogo! Do not do business with these people, they are criminals. I hired them to do some work for me, they started by doing the little work nicely and kept me coming back till I started bringing them the big jobs. I hired them to build me a website for my business and an App, In March of 2022, after charging me and taking the payment, which was in the tens of thousands, they came out with several other charges telling me they were government regulation charges which they charged me tens of thousands for as well. The worst part is when it was time for them to deliver the end products, none of them worked as they were supposed to, and when I asked them to fix it, they gave me the run around for over 2 years only to tell me that Eric Murphy does not work there anymore. I lost close to $100,000 and never got them to provide the services I hired them to provide. They brought in another guy called Ethan White, then another called Frank and then others and eventually they never responded to my calls anymore. They told me I had lifetime domain name and hosting for all my products which I later found out was a lie as well. I just kept silent and hired a lawyer, who hired a private investigator, and guess what, he found out the guy they call Eric Murphy still works with the company. They all use pseudo names and wait for it; they are not even located in the USA but state they are in Illinois. For the sake of my court case that will be served to them soon I will keep their location for now. I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS! I will make sure they are all arrested and charged.

They took our money. Didn't finish our website. Now no contact information. The number I have it's temporary out of service. Even I called that 872 222 6993 that is also out of service.

Please be aware of Paragon Logo. They might seem great at communicating at first, but as soon as you encounter any issue, they disappear and it's impossible to get in touch with anyone. They do not respond back to msgs left, texts, nothing. They do not answer the calls from the number that they know belong to you or your company (numbers you previously spoke to them with). If you call with a new number, they answer but as soon as they find out it's you calling about why they haven't finished the job you paid for, the line conveniently disconnects and you get an automated "sorry we are unavailable" msg when you call back with that number. Unless you can call with different phone number every time you call, don't expect to reach anyone from Paragonlogo.

Frauds. Stole my money and gave me a website I could have created on godaddy. I was promised a mobile application and paid them $16,000 but got nothing. It's been a year. If anyone wants to file a class action lawsuit email me at info at thehouseofbazaar dot com. I am also reporting them to PayPal and Bank of America to allow these guys to operate. They get you by making you transfer money directly into their account therefore you can't dispute the funds. Beware unless you have time and money to waste. And yes they all use fake names and have a virtual address.

I don't normally take the time out to leave reviews- even when they are well-deserved. But I am SO pleased with not only the quality of the work done by Eric Murphy, but the entire experience of working with ParagonLogo as a whole- that I HAD to let others know. Oddly enough, when I first came to Paragonlogo, I had no intention of having them do any design work for me. I already had a logo I was "satisfied" with and only wanted the image I had, placed on an invisible background. Leaning on his design experience, talent and great eye, Eric took the initiative and provided me with several concepts based on my initial logo. And as much as I wanted to resist because "I was fine with my logo, thankyouverymuch"- there was one concept that I could not get out of my mind. And I just had to see what was possible. And so began the process of modifying my logo. I cannot even tell you what a pleasure Eric was to work with! One of my biggest pet peeves about designers is when you provide them with instructions on what you want to see, but they ignore you and do their own thing. Eric followed every request to the 'T'. And whenever he needed clarification, he wasn't afraid to ask. I have recommended Eric to a couple of friends of mine, who are also starting businesses. I simply can't say enough about him. As business owners, It is so important that we are happy with the logo that will serve as the first face of our company. Its so important that we experience a rush of butterflies every time we see that logo. Because we recognize that it truly reflects what it is we want our business to say. Does YOUR logo make you feel that way? If not- I highly recommend you reach out to Paragonlogo and Eric Murphy. Don't be surprised if they make you a believer too!

Paragon did a great job for me, and I will certainly come back to them when I'm ready for the next project. I recommend them to you and anybody who wants a team that will work with them through the entire project as if it was the only project they were working on.
