We purchased the Qmpress 4in1 instaboil tap in December 2023 and it was my non-negotiable for our kitchen. It is so convenient for tea/coffee as well as having cold filtered water. The delivery of the product was very quick and the customer service from Alan was second to none, very responsive with any queries. I would highly recommend this product and always happy to support an Irish Company.

Instant hot water and cold filtered water, it is excellent. Very helpful after service available and easy to buy filters online with delivery. Highly recommended. I have had it for 3 years now. Turned off once with a power outage and very easy to turn back on.

Great product and the service is really fast and friendly! Very happy I bought something from a company based in Ireland so I don’t need to deal with call centres and delays if needing service. Our tap and sink are beautiful and I can’t imagine ever being without a boiling tap now.

Purchased the Qmpress tap system a few months ago and I felt compelled to post this - As tea lovers, it allows tea/coffee/hot whiskey making to be simple, fast, cost effective and tasty. No more waiting for the kettle to boil!! But it’s more than just a tap. Instant hot water, filtered drinking water, hot & cold taps all in the one system. I would highly recommend this product and the company (Micheál & Alan) are excellent to deal with. A small Irish run company too - support local 👍.

Purchased the Brushed Gold tap from Michael who was very easy to deal with. Could not imagine ever going back to a kettle! Installation was plain sailing according to our plumber! Filters are simple to change also. Prompt delivery with excellent customer service especially with follow up! It’s worth every cent and we wouldn’t be without it and always good to support an Irish business. 10/10

This tap is perfect for our home. As well as it been very aesthetically pleasing, it is also such a convenience when needing water for baby's bottle.... dinner. Tea, Soaking a pot , anything. I also love having the filter option for our drinking water as it wouldn't be recommended in our area to drink tap water. Really glad we got this tap in our new home.

We got our tap installed about 2 weeks ago and I’m obsessed. It looks absolutely fab in the kitchen and I’m saving a fortune not boiling my kettle and re boiling. So handy if you have to switch in an immersion for hot water as it saves money there or if you don’t want to light a fire in the summer for hot water. I met Micheal and Alan at the ideal homes show and their professionalism was very reassuring. Their follow up after I bought the tap was also very impressive . I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying one of these taps .
