Prudent Financial has awful customer service. Especially Jill she's a straight up pig. So rude and all they want is there money they don't care if there is a situation they don't help. They put you even further in debt.

I have been doing business with prudent for years. The staff is great, Deborah is always quick with her turn around time and my requests approved. ONLY think I do not like is when speaking to Gary he asks about payday loans that do not exist, I find it rude, like he is trying to catch a lie, I do not find that professional, no matter what the customers circumstances are.

If you are looking for a company that treats you like garbage, Prudent is the one for you! Between being talked down to by Gary and Jill, or their obvious lack of privacy and integrity, you are better to borrow money from a loan shark.

Was not a bad experience, however the process was very long. My Loan Officer Ailene was wonderful, very pleasant.
