On our second India tour with Easy Tours, we had another great experience -- our guides were flexible and personable, making stops that reflected personal interests, helping us navigate the currency crisis when we ran out of cash, scouting out the best bakeries for samosas, and, in one area in the south, repeatedly asking local people where we could spot elephants until we finally did. I appreciate that Easy Tours tailors your itinerary, providing as much support as you need and free time when you need that as well. When we had to make an itinerary change in the middle of the trip, Easy Tours was responsive and helpful. Their hotel contacts are excellent. India provides surprises every day -- festivals, amazing markets, temple blessings, elephant families in the tea plantation, and more. Easy Tours was a great facilitator, and we look forward to yet another trip.

I would highly recommend Easy Tours of India. I went to India by myself because no one would go with me so I decided I would try a tour group. There were only 3 others in my group which I liked. Hotels were top notch and the guides were awesome. I also travelled to Nepal with them prior to my trip to India and I must say I was humbled by all of it. I've been to 37 countries in my life and India was my favorite. I would go again and use this tour company. They treated me like royalty!

We have used Easy Tours of India twice, the first to North India (including the Pushkar Camel Fair) and the second to South India (including a fantastic cruise in the Kerala Backwaters). Every aspect of both tours was arranged perfectly and competitively priced. Our itineraries were well-paced and comprehensive, and we enjoyed fantastic lodgings, excellent guides, and trustworthy drivers (a must in India!!) We give ETofI our highest recommendations.

most customer service works fine when everything goes routinely. when there is a problem, you really find out what the product or service is worth. does the provider make excuses or do they really problem-solve? the ability to improvise, if necessary, or do what's inconvenient for the company but provides solace for the customer is what constitutes first class treatment. Easy Tours delivers this consistently. forget your tickets at the last stop? no problem. Chandni took part of her weekend to make sure they were found and delivered to my next destination. Get a bad cough? Mr. Singh took me to a shop to get antibiotics. drivers and guides were very good although their language skills were not always easy to understand. but what an effort they made! wonderful trip that lived up to my fullest expectations.

No complains. Always in time, ready to help. Combination of driver and guide very effective. All of them first rate. I had problems unrelated to the company, and they did their best to help in any possible way, always checking how we were doing. I will use easy tours again in the future.

I went on the Golden Triangle tour and it was a wonderful experience. The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our driver was amazing and just great to be around. I liked being able to go to the monuments without having to wait in the long lines. Overall it was a great time and I'd recommend this tour company to everyone.

We found Easy Tours of India, like many of you, by a computer search. Our starting point was finding a tour company which would provide us with a sunrise view of the Taj Majal from our hotel room. Easy Tours did this (at an Oberoi Hotel). Reviews of the company were uniformly favorable. Our contacts and interactions with the company were uniformly prompt and very helpful. The itinerary for the entire trip was extremely well planned and included the Pushkar Camel Fair and the Dev Devali Festival of Lights in Varanasi, events which occur only once a year. You will find your tour of India a delightful cacophony of sights, sounds, colors, endless activity, markets, iconic images, chaotic traffic, diverse cultures, and friendly, kind, and proud people--our guide referred to his desire for us to experience "the real India". He succeeded. At the same time, we were pampered at many of the finest hotels of the country--I commented to my wife more than once that the hotel staff seemed not to know that I was not a maharajah. Still, all of the best advance planning in the world would not been useful if Easy Tours guides, drivers, and agents in India were not up to the task. Believe me, they were uniformly fantastic. Airport arrivals and departures were seamless, hotel arrangements were smooth. We owe a very special note of thanks to Luke (Lokendra) Singh, our guide of 18 days, who thought of nothing except making our tour flawless. He was unflappable (not that there were any major reasons for concern). He educated us every day on the history, religions, cultural and natural wonders of his country. He made us feel totally at ease wherever we traveled. Also, our driver for most of the tour, Mr. Raddy, and the local guide in Aurangabad, Sanjay, deserve a special note of thanks. You will be in very good hands and have an unforgettable experience in India with Easy Tours. L. Larson

We did a 19 day private tour for just one couple. Throughout the planning process they were accessible and adaptable. They offered excellent guidance for sequencing and for time in each area. We had many interactions with the Dallas office and with the in-country coordinator in Delhi. Responses were prompt and responsive on issues ranging from hotel options, the visa process to restaurant recommendations. From the initial meeting at the airport we felt we were well taken care of at every step. We had a regular "Tour coordinator/Guide, Hitesh and Driver, Raj and drove between cities except for all of the trip excepting Varanasi and Mumbai where we had to fly. This was extremely comforting as we did not have to adapt to different personalities in each city as you sometimes have to do. Hitesh was exceptionally knowledgeable and eager to explain both the specific sights and the history and culture of his country. Raj was a calm driver in a sea of chaos. When we flew within India we were escorted to the airport up to security and reliable met upon arrival in Varanasi and Mumbai. Since we had the same driver and car we were, on Hitesh's advise, able to pack a carryon bag for Varanasi and leave our main bag in the car with Raj where it was securely locked in the company yard. This saved us considerable time and hassle at the airport. We were in India during the currency change and Hitesh did an excellent job of scrambling to find legally usable cash for admissions. We saw a number of tourist unable to get into the Taj Mahal because they did not have either the new money or enough small bills. Later the main office came through with wads of 100 rupee notes. Our in country coordinator, Chandni, called us at our hotels several time to check to see that everything was going well. One strength of Easy Tours is their local coordinators in all the major tourist cities. Notably in Rathambore, the local coordinator knew what areas of the National Park had been sighting tigers recently and was able to get us into those areas rather than the random process most tourist dealt with. We did see four tigers (mother and three cubs). When we went to Mumbai the local guides are unionized and are assigned in order. Easy Tours had no control here. Nevertheless, an Easy Tour rep was there to introduce us to the local guide and to insure that she understood the itinerary. All in all Easy Tours is a solid company that provides comprehensive and reliable service in designing and implementing a custom tour of India. Highly recommended

I chose this tour because of the very small group and the itinerary. I had never heard of the company before, and felt I was taking a bit of a chance. I was not one bit disappointed. the group was only SIX travelers total, so we were able to have a small bus, which proved to be helpful. All of the travelers were ready for lots of activity, and we walked for hours almost every day, seeing all of the sights that had been promised, plus some surprises, too! Our guide was a historian and very knowledgable. He was also generous in many ways, sharing family stories, answering any questions we had, and showing us the Real India. The accommodations were all excellent. In the cities, we were in palatial luxury hotels. In the country, we enjoyed luxurious lodges. All had impeccable service and outstanding breakfast buffets. The sights we saw were awesome, in the true sense of the word. The palaces and forts and tombs and markets, full of art, color, dazzle, and massive size. I loved the People!! So kind and friendly and beautiful. I dont think there are 2 saris alike, the variety was stunning. Flowing, glowing fabrics on the lovely ladies. We took part in 2 wonderful festivals, too! We were at the Pushkar camel fair, where we rode camels, saw a funny camel race, rattled through the fair on a camel cart, saw handsome horses being traded, and enjoyed all the booths of handicrafts. Shopping throughout the journey was really top notch! We went to several places where the arts were being produced. They gave us demonstrations of their age old techniques still being used. Then we bought from inventories of very high quality merchandise. I shipped a carpet home, and it arrived the day after my return in perfect condition. Well, I could write a book here! But that gives you the idea. I recommend Easy Tours of India with 5 stars!

Pierce and Chandni are stellar performers in the game of travel planning. This vacation exceeded all of our expectations and we have relatively high standards. The guides were fountains of knowledge. We got only two "I don't know" s during the entire trip. The questions were inane anyway. We arrived on the first day of India's financial crisis to closed ATM machines or hours long waiting lines when they were open. The company advanced us 2,000 Rupees on our promise to pay when we got home. One guide in particular, Amir Kahn (in Delhi, Agra and Fatehpur Sikri), was the consummate professional. He went above and beyond the call of duty on two occasions covering our expenses when credit card systems failed - again on a promise to pay when we got home. Two Thumbs up for Easy Tours of India

I've booked with EasyTours twice because of their excellent drivers and well-maintained vehicles. Their guides are very good, but, in my opinion, we put our lives in the hands of our drivers. Traffic in India is daunting. In two trips, five years apart, I have only praise for all aspects of travel with EasyTours. Their attention to detail is excellent. Everything went perfectly on both trips.

This was a wonderful experience and the perfect way to be introduced to India. I have never traveled in such luxury! Everyone was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. The hotels were "out of this world"!! I felt so very special during my entire trip. The guides were knowledgeable and educated us in so many ways. The personnel from Easy Tours were always available and very helpful, especially Arpita. Any questions or concerns were dealt with immediately. Our driver, Ghanshyam was very special. He went out of his way to make our journey fun and exciting. The evening at the home of Rashmi and Anil Marwah was a delight. Being able to visit someone's home and participate in cooking a meal was an experience I'll never forget. I appreciate the General Travel Guide that Easy Tours provided, especially the tip recommendations. It would have been helpful to have a recommendation for tips at luxury hotels. We struggled at the end of each stay to decide what a cumulative tip might be for such excellent service from ALL of the employees.

"This was my third tour with ETI, and once again it was astounding. Planning was excellent with the expert office staff. On the trip, I had fantastic experiences every day! It is truly incredible that India has such a vast wealth of historic, religious and cultural treasures. I was able to see the fortress cities of Rajasthan (including the awesome Karnimata Temple(rat temple); the sites of Mother Theresa(Kolkata); the great Hindu temples of Orissa and Tirupati, and these were just the highlights! One of the most outstanding drivers/guides I have ever experienced escorted me through more than half of the tour. D.P.Singh was truly an outstanding guide. I was able to enjoy all kinds of foods, fresh fruits and lassi (mmm) because of his careful attention. Everything went smoothly and was flawless during my travels; the guides, transfers, and transportation were absolutely coordinated and made travel in this ancient land easy! I certainly intend on traveling ! with Easy Tours again. You are THE BEST! Thank you so much." My earlier tours with ETI took me on a Buddhist pilgrimage tour, to the Golden Temple in Amritsar and to the incredible sites of southern India such as Sanchi, Hampi and Madurai as well as to Sri Lanka.

My wife and I had the pleasure of traveling to India twice with Easy Tours. Both voyages were private tours, each including visits to nearby countries (Napal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore), thus we were overloaded with ideas, questions, and concerns in planning trips that would meet our specific needs. During the planning stages on both occasions, we always found Easy Tours’ representative, Pierce, to be responsive as well as extremely knowledgeable. Having traveled extensively around the world with other companies, we were well aware that while planning is certainly important, follow-through is the major issue when one’s wellbeing on foreign soil rests solely on a travel company. Easy Tours facilitators were unfailingly there to great us as we disembarked from our many flights. They always arrived with complete itinerary for whatever particular city we were to see, information on our transportation, tickets, and answers to any and all questions. We were always provided with a phone number for a local representative in case of problems. The hotels and arrangements were exactly as presented to us in advance, while drivers and guides were reliable and hospitable. Easy Tours truly went above and beyond in handling one unforeseen situation which arose on our second trip. Our flight from Udiapur to Jaipur was changed the night before. The substituted flight time would have gotten us to Jaipur in the evening, too late to enjoy our planned and much anticipated Elephant Polo experience. Easy Tours arranged for a driver to pick us up early in the morning and drive us to Jaipur, getting us there in plenty of time. They handled all arrangements, including the cost of a sending the driver and car back to Udiapur without passengers, at no extra charge. We would certainly recommend Easy Tours. They unquestionably lived up to their name in making our travels “easy”.

Our custom itinerary provided for a daily immersion into the lives of the people of India and the Hindu culture in particular. At the end of each adventure, we were able to retreat to our luxurious palace hotels to consume exotic 5* meals complemented by fine wines. Our driver was excellent and provided us with continuity and safety from start to finish. Our well guided Tiger Safaris created spectacular memories.

I contacted Easy Tours of India to have them arrange a wildlife photography tour for me with tigers as my main subject. They were able to design the tour to my specifications, provide general travel advice, and specific information on wildlife photography in India that was invaluable. Every accommodation was beyond reproach to say the least. The lodges arranged for me in remote regions were luxurious which takes the edge off after a day in an open jeep over dusty, dirt roads in 100 degrees + F. temperatures. Their office in India checked with me frequently during the trip to be sure everything was going as planned. I have to particularly thank David, Sunil (wildlife photographer) and Arpita for their help. Also, I had and excellent and very knowledgeable driver Mr. Dhanpal Singh who transported me between parks. I would not have had the success I had in photography without the dedicated service of my driver/guide at Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve Mr. Mukesh Shukla and my guide at Tadoba-Anhari Tiger Reserve Mr. Swarna Chakrabarty. Their wildlife spotting ability, anticipation of wildlife movements and getting me in the best position for photography were first rate.
