I ordered a system and received email confirmation the order had been processed. I had no notification of delivery details and chased. They contacted me to say it had been returned to depot. I have now been chasing them daily by email and leaving phone messages but no response. Very poor service. I am awaiting a refund.

The service was excellent! I had an issue with a faulty unit at the start but they talked me through troubleshooting and then replaced the unit. Ordering and delivery were really efficient. Very happy to recommend to others. Unit is now working well.
