They don't do anything about scammers. Someone put up a fake profile of my Yoga studio at Gowabi stealing money from the customers. Although we informed them weeks ago they don't do anything about it.

My business has used GoWabi for a few years now and just recently they hijacked my Google Business Page by including an online booking link directly to their own booking system, practically bypassing our official booking system. Upon clicking "Book now" on my Google Business page which is accessible via Google Search, they are given a choice of GoWabi or my own system. This means commissions are paid to GoWabi for bookings that were not rightfully theirs. I informed GoWabi to remove the association with my Google Business and they did. However, a couple of weeks later they put it back in. Emails to the Account Manager went unreplied. Very questionable business ethics to take commissions for something they did not earn.

The application is so useful. I can check promotion and shops near me easily. I don’t have to visit the clinics asking for the prices and regret it later if it is overprice to pay. Plus, the reviews are real and helpful when it comes to quality matter.
