I was in Istanbul for a very short trip and decided to incorporate some dental care into my trip. Deniz, who manages the appointments (and I’m sure a lot more) is very responsive and super-efficient. He kept me so calm as I always knew he’d respond in time and I didn’t have to wait. He was also kind and patient and always - I changed my appointment a few times. I had my teeth cleaned and whitened yesterday at DentHub and all I can say is that the service was impeccable. Everything, from the facilities to the rooms to the dentists and her assistant were excellent. Honestly, I wish I had dedicated more time to have an all round dental service. I have some bothersome wisdom teeth and a crack to fill and will aim to sort these out at DentHub the next time I’m in Istanbul. My teeth are nice and whiter now which is exactly what I was going for when I booked. Thanks to the whole team ❤️

After low quality dental treatments in the UK provided by NHS I had lost numerous off teeth and did choose Denthub for my implants and crowns. I have completed stage 1 (implants) and 2(crowns) for my full smile makeover here in Denthub. I have received amazing service and quality of work !!!!! They did organise everything for me from time I arrived in Istanbul until my departure back home. I was looked after by super friendly and caring team members, doctors and nurses.

My Experience at denthub wasnt the best , Deniz was lovely throughout the whole process , but i went to do my wisdom teeth , composite fillings on the 2 front teeth and white fillings too. My dentist unfortunately was Dilan , and I had the worst composite fillings done to my main teeth. The job was so bad she made it worse tryna correct it the next day and clearly was not done properly as until today it still fills rough even after a different dentist attempted to correct the roughness at the back of my teeth. The front teeth doesnt look good for the money that I have paid, it was left chipped ,the middle looks weird , i wish i could get a refund , but I definetely regret doing that with her. I CRIED SOOO much the first time , and the second was try to get use to but have never felt confortable with what I have . She made my main teeth worse than what it was before and even opened a bigger gap in the middle when i never HAD ONE . Long story short , I came to the UK , knowing that will have to fix them in a few months time with better dentist as am not happy and is visible, it's not something I can hold on to for too long as it's very very uncomfortable. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO DO THE FRONT TEETH WITH THAT DENTIST . I can't stress this enough but overall, the team and the way they make you feel welcome is great . Just wish i had a better experience when it comes to my smile ... but thank you to Deniz he did the best to make me feel good and was always available if I needed something .. but I have followed the comments seen on trust pillot but not everything is flowers.

I had 4 extractions (molars) and 4 implants placed on 10 January. I stayed at the Sheraton and Deniz was my coordinator. I had a great experience so far and hopefully some of the tips in this review will help you get the best from the trip. Loads of people go to Istanbul for medical and dental tourism and you will see many people with nose jobs and hair transplants around you at the hotel. You can be sure that some of the other people who are in the breakfast room at the hotel are also there for the same purposes so don’t feel alone. You will be collected from the airport by minibus and may be in the company of others who are there for Medical procedures. It can be a bit chaotic at the airport but don't worry, they will eventually get you to the hotel. Check in at the Sheraton was extremely quick and you then retire to your very nice room. The rooms are already paid for on a bed-and-breakfast basis. Next morning, the minibus will come and collect you and bring you to the dental surgery. It's only a 10 minute walk down the road from the Sheraton, so I chose to walk. At the dentist's office Deniz will meet you and will check you in and take care of all the formalities. You will then be taken to the dentist and Deniz will translate and make sure that you know exactly what you're getting. Just to reassure you, the dentist informed me that he could save 1 of my teeth rather than giving me an implant. He explained that dentists would always prefer to save the tooth rather than extract it. He then invited 1 of his other dentists into the surgery for a consultation and we discussed the various options. I mention this to demonstrate that the dentists are highly professional. As the dentist does implants very regularly, the whole process was very efficient. 4 teeth were extracted and 4 implants were placed in just under 60 minutes and I was finished at about noon. The dentist wasn't rushing but was clearly very competent. There was an x-ray before the procedure and an x-ray afterwards. My driver then came and took me back to the hotel. The nurse was then doing her rounds at the hotel (remember there are lots of dental and clinical clients) and she came to my room a short while later and gave me a course of antibiotics and a course of painkillers. She also gave me an injection of antibiotics and of painkilling medication. Yes I was a little uncomfortable but by no means in pain. I'm trying to think of something to equate it to but as the discomfort passed very quickly, I really can't equate it to anything painful. It ached for a couple of hours afterwards but then it started to fade. I went out for a walk and met another person who I had seen at the clinic that morning and we walked together. Remember I finished at noon at the dentist and by 6 o'clock that afternoon myself and my new friend were nibbling on a kebab! Okay we were not wolfing it down like we would ordinarily do but we certainly were able to eat and drink. I went to bed that night and slept fine and had breakfast the next morning. Again, you need to be respectful of your mouth and avoid hard sharp edged hard food but the restaurant does a lovely omelette and there are various other options that are easy to eat. Having had my delicious breakfast, I then went back to the room packed my bags and came down to reception. The driver came and picked me up at about 10:15 AM and took me to the airport for my flight. I wish I’d stayed an extra couple of nights so I could do a bit of sightseeing. I’m going back in June to have my implants finished. I chose not to have dentures because that will avoid putting any adverse pressure on the implants thereby giving them much more time to integrate with my bone. However my friend (mentioned above) was having front teeth removed and was getting dentures. When I go back, I will be there for 6 days and will have ample opportunity for sightseeing. Tips • With your back to the front of the hotel, turn left and walk 5 minutes down the road to the Water Garden, lots of restaurants looking out onto a motorised water fountain and a supermarket on the ground floor. Some other shops also. • Take a taxi to the Metropole Shopping Centre 2 km away, lots of shops, restaurants, entertainment etc and for the British there is even a Marks & Spencer! • Take a bus over to the European side of Istanbul and go to the Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace and the Blue Mosque. • Learn a few words of Turkish and use them, it will be appreciated by your hosts. Stop worrying, you probably haven’t had dental services as good as this before!

I went to get composite bonding and teeth whitening just before Christmas and I can say I had the best experience. The environment had 10/10 hygiene which made me even more comfortable on top of that it was a really beautiful building with friendly staff who insure you are comfortable at all times. Although they do not understand English they make sure you are comfortable and try to understand. I can say I am superrrr happy with my final results and will definitely go back there again if I had to. The coordinator was super friendly aswell I forget to mention how helpful he was in terms of transportation and comfortable such a lovely man that goes by the name of Deniz if I remember and my dentist was Asil another kind person and you can tell she is very educated and knows what she’s doing when it comes to teeth!

Getting a full smile and being courageous enough to fully commit to it is not easy but umit who works in sales is very calm and assuring along with Deniz the coordinator who is fully supporting through the whole process and left nothing to be unsure off... and the dentist oguz! 😬 well compliments from family and friends for my results say it all and I know longer have to deal with headaches from bad teeth.
