Wonderful customer service! One of the items in my order was out of stock. Lori in customer service asked the warehouse staff to find something as possible replacement. They did and shipped out in time to arrive for Christmas. The customer service was above and beyond expectations.

You can trust this company to get you the goods but making a profit on shipping is last millennium stuff -rock and roll swag is overpriced enough without the added backstab.

If you buy from UK...don’t because you have to pay additional customs and handling fees when it arrives in the UK. This is on top of the shipping you have already paid, they should inform the customer more clearly.

Easy enough to place order but took too long to ship. You sent this survey and I have not even received my purchasee.

A little slow on delivery, and the shirt ran a little small as well. It was stiff when I got it, but did pretty well after washing. The shirt itself is exactly as advertised.
