United States | 09 October 2018I shouldnt even give this company 1 damn star. Worst experience ever. Took the time to Pre-order an album with some special gear (jacket) that was offered. First they email and say that the gear had production issues so they won't release it. Now the album I pre-ordered has been out for a week and a half, still recieved nothing, no album, nothing. I have contacted the customer service multiple times and they refuse to respond. Now I am left disputing charges on my card because i have nothing to show for the pre-order.

Unfortunately, I was not happy that I specifically placed a “Pre-Realese/Pre-Order” so that I would receive my CD earlier. I was told that I needed to wait for the next shipment of CDs so that my order could be filled. However, the response time for my questions was very good. Thank you!
