My order was correct and was delivered quickly. Hoping the old merch is put back on the Dorothy site so I can place another order.

I shouldnt even give this company 1 damn star. Worst experience ever. Took the time to Pre-order an album with some special gear (jacket) that was offered. First they email and say that the gear had production issues so they won't release it. Now the album I pre-ordered has been out for a week and a half, still recieved nothing, no album, nothing. I have contacted the customer service multiple times and they refuse to respond. Now I am left disputing charges on my card because i have nothing to show for the pre-order.

I am happy with the customer service response once I asked for a tracking number. Unfortunately, I was not happy that I specifically placed a “Pre-Realese/Pre-Order” so that I would receive my CD earlier. I was told that I needed to wait for the next shipment of CDs so that my order could be filled. However, the response time for my questions was very good. Thank you!

Product was great but using the site was not smooth. It wasn't clear whether my discount code was applied or where. Wasted some time trying to figure it out and ended up dropping an item from the order because it looked like the 20% was taken from the $5 item and not the more expensive book.
