I was pleased with the service. I had trouble redeeming the discount offer but it was resolved within 24 hours of sending the email. The price was higher than at the show plus shipping but the discount brought the prIce down so I only paid extra for shipping. The book came well packaged. There is a slight crease in the lower right corner but it’s hardly noticeable.

Main item is a sweatshirt that is a hundred not on sale sixty on sale should be better quality.

I have no intention of using this company again. They got in touch with me within 24 hours of taking the money off my credit card to tell me that they do not have the item i requested. However I can purchase something else to the same value. I'm now waiting for a reply, second email sent with no response for my reimbursement. Beyond disappointed, and over a $100 out of pocket.

Due issues on the website (reported by website and browser) I didn't come to the point where a trust-relationship could be established. No or poor feedback on activities during ordering-process made me never know if everything I entered arrived at the supposed destination. Please fix your website...

Amazing Service Start to Finish I was a little disappointed that the first shirt I ordered was too small, but I forgot to read the fine print and the size chart, so that was my own fault. Luckily, they were very kind and allowed me to return the shirt for a refund so I could buy one size up, which fits beautifully. I've never seen so many shirts for the artists I like (Billy Joel), and will definitely buy more from them in the future. Thanks!
