I ordered a t-shirt and record and I wasn’t informed that the t-shirts wouldn’t come in until the end of this week because of a reorder of the t-shirts.

Unfortunately it turns out the shirt I ordered was not available & I found out my order was cancelled a week and a half later. I did try to reorder in a new, "available" size but the website would not continue to process my order past the shipping info page. Not a great experience for me with this website.

Arrived two days before promised, fits true to size, quality T-shirt, Logo appears to be of good quality as well.

I ordered a vinyl record and a t-shirt, the t-shirt was fine, but the vinyl record not only looks used, but even the sleeve is in terrible condition, for $50, I expected higher quality packaging and merchandise.

My cassette came in PERFECT condition but my limited edition vinyls are beyond warped, they're unplayable. Not a single song on either one plays all the way through without skipping terribly.

The album itself is wonderful, but the physical record came damaged. I’m sure there no way to tell if it was damaged in transit or beforehand but unfortunately the album cover was ripped open all the way through the cover and the internal sleeve all the way through to the actual vinyl.
