It was confusing. The gift was from 3 people and when it showed the summary, the names didn't show. I also would have preferred to have the gift sent to myself so I could insert in a card. When, I put "myself" it didn't have anywhere to put recipient.

I bought a $100. gift card in order to get the $25.bonus. Website never indicated that I actually got the $25. bonus amount added to the gift card I bought, and there did not appear a way to ascertain the bonus amount was added. Very confusing.
