When I realized, I called the number for Customer Service, and was happily surprised that my call was answered by a real live person who took my information and was polite and helpful. I can’t remember the last time I had a call answered by an actual human! I received a call back from Steve, who I believe is in charge, very quickly. He solved my problem immediately, and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. When I complimented him, he said he knows it’s holiday time, and wants people to get their gifts in time. Most companies use this busy season as an excuse for not solving issues. I couldn’t recommend GiftFly more highly. I had an excellent experience with them.

United States | 06 December 2020i love, love, love, tea with tracy. Tracy and Joel have been nothing but kind to me each and every time ive gone there. I actually had our daughters wedding shower there and it was more than perfect. They did a wonderful job and were very accommodating. it was a big group too so we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. can't wait to have another affair there one day. for now lunch or breakfast is perfect.
