I really didn’t have a good experience with craft label at all. I ordered the sawgrass printer which was first sent with the wrong inks and plug. After waiting for the new inks and plug to arrive I plugged in my new printer to find it was faulty. I ended up having to go back and fourth with craft label and sawgrass to have this fixed. It ended up taking over 2 months from the time of ordering to have a printer up and running. The only reason I am not giving it one star is because the price was good. But the experience as a whole was not good and unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.
