Item was advertised as slightly damaged packaging however the contents were unmarked and new and worked perfectly. The item was significantly cheaper than any competitors, including Ebay.

Was a little wary ordering an opened box item off a website I hadn't used before but so glad I did.Bought a C-Tec battery charger which was 50% cheaper than the new price on Amazon.Ordered late evening on New Years Eve and it arrived via tracked delivery on 3 Jan.Charger is like new and works perfectly.Faultless service and will use them again.

The item didn't arrive, but I can't blame the retailer as it was a (decent) national parcel delivery firm, when contacted re non-receipt I got an immediate refund and can't really ask for more than that. Most experiences where everything goes as it should (goods arrive etc) you don't find out how good they would be when something goes wrong.

A site you can trust. There was a fault with the tyre inflator and they tried to find an exchange but one was not available so they had no hesitation and gave a full refund. Very good service.

Paid for 1 day delivery DPD. Seller ‘Evans & Jones’ still haven’t given item to DPD 5 days later. Contacting support and will update review on response.

Hassle free experience, clear price and postage on checkout. Good follow up e-mails showing processing of order and parcel tracking. Well packaged with some extra bubble wrap. Photos on website where exactly as item. Was able to pay with pay-pal which gave me more confidence to order.
