United Kingdom | 10 September 2022In 2019 I started completing each of CQI practitioner level courses with the hope of being awarded 'The Practitioner Certificate in Quality Management'. After reviewing a range of training providers I chose GBS Corporate Training and really cannot fault them in any areas. Most importantly the training was excellent and the support provided before and after each of the courses was nothing but exemplary. Due to the impact of COVID I experienced both classroom virtual training and would recommend either option for those researching options. All in all, I will forever be grateful for the help, guidance and support provided by GBS. The training led to move into quality management where I am able to put into practice many of things learnt. If you are looking for a training provider, I'd fully fully recommend GBS Corporate Training.

United Kingdom | 13 May 2021We didn't really know what to expect from the course we completed especially over zoom calls but we were really surprised about how well it worked. Colin was really knowledgeable and open about his past experiences and lessons learnt as a manager. Every session we had was relatable to something we had all been through in our careers and business which meant we were able to see where improvements could be made or where we currently had gaps. Fundamentally, the course has helped us restructure the company and has made us more scalable for our future plans.

United Kingdom | 13 April 2021I have dealt with many training providers as part of my work and continual personal development. Some were good, some were great, but GBS are in a league all of their own! I've been fortunate enough to attend 4 of their practitioner level CQI modules (one of which was in the midst of the pandemic via virtual delivery methods) and I have another 2 already booked in for later this year. From initial enquiries right through to the very last exam question, the level of customer service, course presentations and general professional care are 2nd to none. I cannot recommend them enough!
