Communication was great as they kept me updated and the order was shipped and arrived very quickly. Surprisingly fast and for that reason I will be ordering from them again soon. This company is a joke,I've placed the order over month ago and nothing happened. I've tried to contact them several times and guess what no answer, they don't answer the phone, no reply to emails. I'm going to talk to my bank and charge them back, my advice "avoid "

Nie polecam. Zamowilam suplementy 3 miesiace temu i do tej pory nie doszly. Udalo mi sie raz dodzwonic do mass-zone i Pani powiedziala ze byla pomylka przy wysylce. Mieli to rozwiazac i zwrocic mi srodki na konto. Do tej pory nic sie nie ruszylo, nie dostalam zwrotu i suplementow. Teraz nawet nie odbieraja telefonu. Czuje sie zawiedziona i oszukana. Wiecej nic nie kupie z mass-zone

I ordered from them in the past, and it was fine. This time, however, there was an issue with delivery. The tracking said "End of the day on Thursday" Then, at the end of the day it became "a delivery date will be provided as soon as possible" Where it stayed for more than a week. Obviously delivery issues can happen, and I wouldn't have held it against them, but when I tried to resolve the issue, I began to understand that it's because of companies like this that people default to using Amazon. My e-mails went unanswered, I tried calling, but only got voice mail, so I left several voice messages, but still no reply. As it stands, nearly 2 weeks after the item was supposed to be delivered, I haven't received the item, have no information about when I will receive it, or if I will, have no response to my calls and e-mails, and have no refund. Just a terrible and frustrating experience

Zamówiłam drogi probiotyk przez internet z mass-zone.eu i byłam pod wrażeniem zapakowania paczki. Była nie tylko dobrze zabezpieczona ale probiotyk był owinięty w folię termiczną i wkład chłodzący - super świadomość sprzedawców, pełen profesjonalizm - nie to co w innym sklepie, gdzie przesyłka nie tylko nie była chłodzona, ale zostawiona w pełnym słońcu!

I ordered very expensive Omega3 pills. (4 bottles) payed around 350€. After 8 months I opened last one and it was damaged. Few pills were open and they spilled oil all over the box, other pills were glued altogether and smell was disgusting. I report this to ther support and guy wrote me “it’s late for refund maybe hot weather in Croatia or shipping destroyed them”. Why would i open all boxes if I don’t need it? Guy on support was complete idiot. I told him I will make this review and He threatened me with lawyer. Stay away from this store. My cousins also never received his ithem after few monts they returned him money.

It used to be good. But late since the website has been modified, it's very difficult to shop as an international buyer not speaking polish. Because there's a bug that the language of the website switches back from English to Polish language when ever clicking on any link on the page. Hope the issue will be fixed.

Made few orders from them. Never have any problem/issue but last order was different. Whey protein inside was open/ damage. Contact them and they told me first courier made damage( box wasn’t damage but staff inside yes) and second I made damage packaging when open used knife. Don’t listen what I say. Not bother to contact back or resolve issue.

Ja det er nok lidt for tidligt at anmelde Mass-Zone, da jeg ikke har modtaget pakken endnu,men jeg tænker de har gjort hvad de kunne. Det tog fra den 2 marts 2022 til den 7 marts at komme fra Polen til Danmark med bil, det er faktisk OK,- men så opstod problemet Post Nord,i Danmark for det første mente de at pakken skulle toldbehandles og jeg skulle betale et gebyr for at få den,- Jeg henvendte mig til told og fik at vide at det skulle jeg IKKE,- så ændrede POST NORD mening og sendte Brevet / Pakken til deres Terminal i Ringsted og der har den så ligget fra den 7 marts og idag søndag har vi så den 13 marts- og jeg har IKKE fået min forsendelse endnu- men det kan Mass-Zone jo ikke gøre noget ved. Iøvrigt var det komplet umuligt at komme i kontakt med PostNord- heller ikke selvom jeg opgav mit tlf nr der hvor de sagde de ville ringe-de ringede bare ALDRIG. Så alle derude undgå PostNord der hvor I kan. Jeg følger op her på siden. ENDELIG KOM POSTNORD MED PAKKEN HER DEN 14.MARTS 2022-Der står tydelig afsender Polen på pakken.og jeg kan se at tolden har smidt den tilbage til PostNord uåbnet. Varene jeg købte er perfekte og jeg vil absolut handle hos Mass-zone igen, og så håbe PostNord er vågnet til den tid..

Nie polecam, bardzo słaba obsługa i rekacja na otrzymane puste (!) opakowanie suplementów, lepiej zamówić u kogoś sprawdzonego.
