Excellent work...guys were definitely up against it at my house but they magnificently... from new loft insulation....all the old insulation removed. bagged up ...to the new boiler being installed...within a very tight spaced cupboard.... Excellent work....Good lads... would definitely recommend

All I can say is wow.. my experience from start to finish has been great! Tal is one of the nicest men I’ve ever met in my life! I felt comfortable having him in my home (as a single female living alone, that takes a lot) but he is the kindest man ever. Tal & his team carried out my loft insulation and boiler replacement. They worked amazingly, the communication between us all was great and their work ethic is just outstanding! I really do recommend speaking to Tal to see if he can help you in any way.. It was a shame to know my work was done, as it was great having chats with them all😁

Tal you are amazing you have saved me from the pain of my horrible old boiler i do not have to ever worry about the header tank and the silly two tanks i had in the loft i now enjoy lovely warmth in my home and can have hot water as soon as i put the tap on rather then waiting 45 mins. i will now benefit from cheaper bills and i am so pleased with the work carried out by george who took his time and did amazing workmanship so clean and tidy piping i cannot believe how good the whole process has been Tal is one of the nicest people i have ever met.

T and Harry fitted myself a Combi central heating system and internal wall insulation T and his team was respectful did a brilliant job kept the mess to a minimal and made a massive improvement to my home I would highly recommend this service this has made a massive difference to our lives couldn’t thank you enough T and your team did amazing job 👍🏻

The company van came round after 10pm tonight and parked in the middle of the road blocking the road and access to it as it is an emergency road at the rear of the block of flats. Another car also came at the same time and parked in front of the van to the right so you couldn't see it. They put the loud music on full volume and just stopped there as if it was their own private drive or road with no consideration for anyone else. The music played on and as it was outside my windows disturbed the peace and made it impossible to even watch TV, let alone sleep. I tried to make them aware of it and opened the window to say something. They either didn't hear me or ignored it. It's actually freezing cold tonight and standing and talking in an open window is not what you want to do. I finally decided to go outside and talk to them even though it was late and freezing. When I got to the back exit of the block I realised that the other car was parked in front of the van and the loud noise was actually coming from that car. The two people sitting in the grey van spoke to me and assured me it wasn't them and they didn't know who it was playing the music in the car. Then I realised that those same two people came here earlier in that van around 7pm. I was going home and even asked them if they wanted to come in when I noticed the gas and heating services logo on it. They said they didn't and I asked them again just in case there was an emergency or someone waiting for them. They refused again which I found a bit odd and annoying. I couldn't understand why they would come and park the company van here but wouldn't come inside if they were on a call out or a job. When I saw them the second time tonight I really didn't know what to make of it but if it wasn't for the noise nuisance I wouldn't even know they were here again. As I was standing in the doorway someone walked past me and went straight towards them. It was a young woman and she started talking to them in the window making fun of me and laughing. I wasn't sure what to so or say so just stood there behind her in the door. The passenger in the van tried to tell her I could hear her talk about me but she didn't care and carried on. She thanked them for fixing her boiler and then for bringing her food over. Neither was true as far as I could tell unless they brought the food earlier and it was clear she was just making fun of me and the situation. The company van and time is not for bringing food to your cousin if that is even true. When I decided to go back inside, she also walked in and told me it was his cousin she talked to and it wasn't them playing the music. After I got home I could still hear the music and went to check that they were still there. Indeed, they were. Not only that but after a few minutes the left hand side door slided open and another man came out from the inside of the back of the van. He went to speak to the passenger, the cousin of the young woman and then went to the car where the music was coming from, opened the door on the driver's side and got in the car. They both drove away after that and I just couldn't believe what I just saw. Not only did they make fun of me and mocked me but simply lied in my face and denied any connection to the car when the driver of that car was sitting in the back of the van. Absolute joke and disrespectful. I do not know what and why they were actually doing or came here for but it was not to do any work or repairs. However, they did come twice this evening in a company van and used for their private business whatever it was. I think it would be a good idea to check who they are and why they drive your van and also request that they do not come and disturb the tenants, especially after 10pm at night. If they come and do it again I will report it to the council as ASB and the police for the breach of peace. You will be then involved as the company and will have to deal with the council and the police which is not very pleasant. I do hope you can sort it out so it won't happen again and save further trouble. The reg no. of the company van was YT15 UHF and the other car was YF64 YJK. The driver and the passenger were both young males and so was the one who got out from the back of the van. They were either black or mixed race, or Asian. It was hard to tell and not white anyway. I have photos of both as evidence if you would like to see as reference or proof. PS. Now they say the van doesn't belong to them and that it was sold in July 2021. They also claim that the van belongs to another company so I am mistaken or got it wrong and it's a different company altogether. Luckily, I have photos and reg. no. of the van to prove it! PS.2 I have received another email from trustpilot no reply email address asking to provide more details on the request of the company I posted a review about. When I clicked on the link to follow it says: The company you reviewed wants to know your email, reference no, full name, phone number???

Had a survey for a new boiler from Tal this afternoon, what a lovely friendly guy he is,very professional, clearly knows his stuff, explained everything I'm simple terms to me , reassured me what would need to happen,its a first combi boiler, obviously wood floors need to be lifted but he's worked it to as least as possible disruption, look forward to having the new boiler fitted 😁

I called Midland Heating and from the start they were professional, had excellent personal skills and understanding to my health needs. I got a date and time straight away. The assessor came and went out of his way to help me and he reminded me that the scheme was for people like me. The engineer and underfloor heating installers were talented, efficient, polite, considerate, and deligent workers too. So don't phone anyone else Midland Heating is your go to company if your boiler breaks down and your sitting in the cold. They actually care about their customers. They listen and don't mess you around with a nonchalant attitude of "we will get to you whenever."

What a brilliant service from Tal & his team from office communication & the 2 excellent workmen Harry & Cam who carried out the work . We had a survey on Wednesday afternoon carried out by Tal who is a nice person to come to your property & he explains everything so it’s easy to understand.Good communication from start to finish. He told us his team would be with us on Saturday morning the lads arrived early considering they had to drive for an hour + to our property & had already picked all the materials up that morning to complete our job. The lads were so hardworking & polite they were very respectful of our home removing shoes before walking on our carpets & kept everything tidy & were very organised. We had a new Worcester boiler installed & underfloor insulation done on the same day. The lads worked solid all day till after 5-30pm & they finished everything to a excellent standard & left our property tidy considering the 2 jobs were carried out in 1 day. Tal came to check on his team around 2pm helped out & stayed till all the work was finished & helped the lads pack everything away. Thank you very much for everything I would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a new boiler installed.

Absolutely, fantastic service from start to finish from every member of staff, impeccable professional courteous and patient, putting the customer first . The level of customer care is amazing. Replaced my boiler exceptionally neat and tidy , explained system ect , also installed rads to a very high standard including underfloor insulation. All done in a day. Looked after my possessions cleaned and tidied up. Would highly recommend this company that go the extra mile and put the customer first. All very hard working stress free installation which would normally take other companies a week of having your house turned upside down. Talish and Taj run a great team who work brilliantly together I cannot praise how this company work so well together enough. Don’t look anywhere else. These are the guys to use without a shadow of doubt, true professionals, real gentlemen and ambassadors to the service they are providing.

Really happy with the service from start to finish kept us well informed very professional but also very friendly and nothing was to much trouble was very happy with the speed of getting our new boiler installed and everything explained would definatly recommend these guys thanks again
