I have seen them all, Podium, Chatmeter, Birdeye, all of them. So far Optimumfeedback trumps them with the functionality. I don't want another full time job review managing which the others make you do. We'll see how it goes in a year!

We signed up to Optimum Feedback in February to give it a try, being skeptical and thinking it would take a long time before we see any difference, but they were extremely helpful in setting things up and our reputation jumped from nearly nothing to 20 reviews in the first two weeks. Highly recommended.
