Thanks for the quick delivery of my beautiful AEG steam oven, it truly is a work of art, can't wait to get to grips with using it over Christmas. My last minute order was dealt with promptly and delivered on a Saturday within 5 days of order. Everything was topped off with the hilarious delivery man that didn't make a meal out of carrying the oven up the stairs. Thanks so much.

Chance call to get a better deal on kitchen equipment turned out a gem; Very helpful person understood what I wanted. Price was good to. Transaction went well. Delivery spot on. Kitchen re-fit on hold temporarily so cannot comment on the state or use of the goods (equipment well packaged in manufactures shipping boxes), the only reason for the 4 stars.

I think this company done what I wanted, also if you arrange with them your delivery date and time, no problems, the company had what I wanted at the price which was good, the delivery driver was helpful and very pleasant, so a very good experience, would use them again. This a company I would visit first when buying appliances, no one could match them on price. The service was excellent held my goods until required and delivered on the day I requested. I have no hesitation in using them again, saved me hundreds of pounds. They are definitely on my favourites list.

i ordered 4 items from Ashbee and Wood and felt that they offered me a reasonable deal, cost wise and also offered delivery within the same week (stock was checked for availability when I rang to order). Items were then ordered and paid for on the phone but 2 days later I had no email confirmation as promised, so I emailed my concern. I received a phone call to confirm order and an apology, as the sink I had ordered was out of stock and it would be a further 2 weeks. I said this was okay and they confirmed other items would still arrive as originally stated. 2 days later I still hadn't received any form of written confirmation of order so I rang again to state my concerns, email with attached confirmation was sent as soon as phone had been put down and the young lady told me the driver's name and time he would be arriving the following day. Driver was great and placed items where I asked and allowed me to check packaging for damage before getting me to sign. 2 weeks later I heard no more about the sink I was waiting for so again rang them, sink was coming in to suppliers the next day and would be delivered to me the day after. The following day I had an email to say that there would be a further delay of 2 weeks and did I still want the sink to which I said no thanks, I'd source it elsewhere but could they reimburse the payment and confirm when this had been done. A few days later I heard no more so again rang to get the confirmation! I would probably use this company again as verbal communication was fine when I contacted them! but keeping me informed and confirming orders in writing was definately not high on their agenda.

I can't fault the company at all. Easy to use website and very helpful service. I even had an email to make sure I knew the dishwasher I had ordered was a semi-integrated model. Ordered Tuesday and delivery came Saturday morning by company's own van with very friendly, polite driver. Would definitely use Ashbee and Wood again.

Ordered the AEG oven from Ashebee and Wood and it was delivered to my home a week later despite Ashbee and Wood having to order it specially from AEG.

I ordered a Quooker Boiling Water Tap from Ashee & Wood. I explained that I was in a hurry as my plumber was finishing the kitchen. They went to a great deal of trouble to make sure that the item I purchased was with my next day which was in the nick of time. I was very pleased with Ashbees and Wood. Because I ordered 3 items they gave me a discount. The company were very helpful in respect for delivery. I work some days in a week and they delivered to me when it was most convenient. The delivery man was very polite and careful. If I ever need another appliance in the future I will be sure to go back!
