My order was completed the next day which was very impressive considering it included an engraving on the stethoscope. Only pity is that you use Evry, formerly Hermes, for delivery and they messed up and took 5 days to deliver instead of next day as promised.

Do not, even in your wildest dreams, consider using Royal Mail for delivering anything. My parcel still hasn't arrived, despite having passed through their Kidlington depot 4 times (7 miles away), Swindon 6 times, and both Bristol and Midlands once. Sadly our local office is in fact Bicester. But clearly Royal Mail doesn't know that. I still haven't received the package, which was a Christmas present. For the avoidance of doubt, that was Christmas 2023.

Although the product I ordered was held in a 'Backorder' for several months, when it became available it was sent immediately.
