Excellent value for money Leatherman Raptor Rescue great piece of kit

The item arrived in a timely fashion and was sold at a fair price.

The customer service has been excellent everytime I have called them. From searching for an item for me when I had trouble finding what I was looking for to being super efficient when calling them to arrange return items. The phone is always answered within a minute by a member of staff and delivery is very quick. I have never had to wait more than 2 days.

Issues with delivery. Poor communication with firm they said that they had failed to deliver on 3 occasions despite having correct information on location Eventually arrived but left in a no secure place so could easily have been taken or damaged. The equipment seems good and no problems with the purchase but the way it was delivered would make me cautious on buying again

Bought a stethoscope. Website was excellent at showing all the options and everyone was in stock and available. Arrived by standard delivery in 4 days, well packaged (and it was inscribed). Cannot fault the service in any way. 100% would use again.

I ordered replacement defibrillator pads (adult & paediatric). The paediatric were out of stock, but MedTree sent the adult ones ahead. The others then came in stock the following day. Despatch and delivery were really swift. MedTree were really helpful. I would definitely use the company again.
