Packaging dreadful. Carton not sealed at either end with item loose inside and Royal Mail put in a plastic bag to protect. Luckily purchase appears ok.

Ordered a pair of 5.11 trousers of a type I hadn’t used before. When they arrived I tried them on and immediately didn’t like them both for the weight of the material and the baggy fit. I was really disappointed so decided to go through the exchange process and order a different pair of trousers. The return process was fast and easy, including having to pay the difference as the second pair of trousers was slightly more expensive. I haven’t dealt with this company before but certainly will again on the strength of their customer service. The return was fast and efficient with clear communication. Five stars all the way
