It took a while to get what we contracted for, a video for a smartphone application to help blind people navigate. But Alex, through perseverance, came through with a very professional first version at the agreed-upon price. We are still working with him to polish the video and start the design for a new website. Worked with American Digital Studios on my recent website project, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, their team demonstrated professionalism, expertise and dedication to bringing my website to life.

I have been left high and dry by this company! I trusted Jason and paid so much money to have them maintain my website. My website is no longer up and running and I can't even access it!The phone numbers and emails I communicate with them from, have all been cut off and no one will respond. My website is GONE! After a year of struggling with my so many issues I have NOTHING. Imagine paying THOUSANDS of dollars only to wake up one day to realize you have to completely start from scratch. I'm so heartbroken. In response to American Digitals' recent reply. First, I appreciate the professionalism in responding to me. However, this response came 5 WEEKS after my website was shut down, not DAYS as your reply states. Today is March 21st and my site STILL doesn't work. Your reply states is would be working March 20th. Again, not true. On another note, I have had my site hacked 2 times now. I have paid THOUSANDS to have my site built and maintained and had to pay EXTRA even after the first 'hack'. Even paid EXTRA again for a different website name because the first name was no longer accepted by social media due to the first 'hack'. There has been SOOOO many wrongs with my website and again, my site is STILL not working. I will agree that they reached out. I got texts (conveniently from the same numbers that were 'cut off' when I tried to reach out to someone in the beginning of this mess) Again, this was 5 WEEKS LATER (5 weeks of ZERO RESPONSE, 5 WEEKS of thinking this company shut their doors, 5 WEEKS of no contact, 5 WEEKS of stress and worry). Do not be fooled in to thinking this was just a few days. This was 5 weeks of zero contact and the contact came ONLY after my review was posted. Again, March 21st and it's still not working. As you can read from their reply, it was supposed to be up and running again on March 20th. I will update this review when and if something were to change, but if you are looking for a company to build and maintain your website, this has been my experience.

Alex Martin has been wonderful to work with. He has been very patient with us as we navigate building a website, even responding to questions outside of normal business hours. He has gone above and beyond making our vision a reality. He has been a pleasure to work with and look forward to a long working relationship!
