Delivery person had read the notes on order, so it was well received! Frozen was also in another carrier from fresh, again, great! Have had Regal Fish for many years and keep coming back, due to quality and taste so different from supermarket. All items delivered, another plus!!

Good products and usually very good service and delivery, having been a customer for about 10 years. On my last order I placed an order for 7 packs of prepared sea food dishes. I noticed that on my emailed receipt there was no mention of multi pack (over three items) discount, and so contacted customer services to enquire about this and they immediately apologised for the error and gave me discount.Never previously had a problem

Great fish and excellent service

Have had fish delivered by Regal fish for at least 8 years maybe longer. They have always been helpful in making my choices. I wouldn’t use any other .

Earlier this week, someone knocked on our door, offering fresh fish, delivered to our door. We placed our order. Haddock fillets and whole sea bass. The fish arrived, today. Haddock was great but the sea bass, which was ordered whole, came filleted. Very disappointed.

I have just ordered yet another supply of your Wonderful Regal Fish. It is the best fish I have ever had and it arrives very well dressed and in a nice cold bag. It has improved my fish recipes enormously and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Regal Fish. Iris Henderson
